Founded in 2018 by Camellia Oyesile. Camellia is originally from the Caribbean Island of Trinidad & Tobago. Raised in New York and Maryland. With a strong passion for the African culture and the fashion, CATICA Couture, a black owned business was invented to help bridge the gap between the African Fashion and the African-American Fashion culture.
