Shipping policy

Please Note:

We are currently experiencing higher than usual delayed shipping times ranging from 15 - 30 days. 

 

Some of our inventory are readily available to be processed and shipped directly from the US and others may require processing from outside of the US warehouse and may impact processing and shipping times. 

Most items on our website are made to order. Depending on the item, processing time may take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days.

If an item is needed urgently  (less than 3 week), please reach out via email to info@caticacouture.com to confirm options.

 

Please note: Refunds will not be issued due to delay in shipping.

 

Our normal Shipping Times are between 7-15 business days. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, reach out to us via email info@caticacouture.com and include your order number.
